The exhibition has been postponed until next year
due to the once-in-75-years heavy rainfall in Dubai
Day 1：2024-04-14th
Arrived in Dubai at 1 a.m. in the middle of the night.
Day 2：2024-04-15th
We arrived at the exhibition venue one day in advance to prepare for simple decoration and samples placement.
After all preparation work done, we had relax for a while before leaving the venue. And ready for the next big day!
Day 3：2024-04-16th
The first day of exhibition, we suppose arrive at venue before all guest came. We were run into a very heavy rain fall, which was very unexpected and surprised.
Our bus was parking in a parking area where was in front of the exhibiton building. Unfortunately the event organizer anncounced all visitors and exhibitors that the even was dealyed 1 day due to the raining. So, everybody just went back to hotel and wait for lateset update.
In the afternoon of that day, we received the news from organizer announcement about cancellation of the Middle East Energy Dubai 2024. Which was a very sad news to all exhibitors, the organizers made this decision with everyone's safety in mind
Day 4：2024-04-17th
All exhibitors were notified that we could return to the exhibition venue to pack up samples and clean their booths. On our way back to the exhibition, we even saw many visitors, they seized the last chance to engage in conversations with some companies, exchanging contact information with each other. Which was a very good sign to us, it means vistors who came to this exhibitons are very active and stay in high interested in exhibitors.
Thanks to our regular clients who travel from Iraq. We never had chance to meet each other, he saw the news we post on social media and took the initiative to invite us to visit our booth and chatted about many product details adjustments also our company's new products.
After meet our regular client we packed all samples, cleaned the booth. Just keep be positive and meet Dubai next year!
Although the unexpected heavy rain caused us some losses, in the following days, we had a full understanding of the local culture by travel around. This was extremely beneficial for our plans to expand into the Middle Eastern market
